Do you ship to international locations outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping for now ! We will keep customers posted when there are any new updates.

How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order's shipment status. However, the tracking link can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available.

Do you ship to my home address or do I need to go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel. Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.

How much is the shipping cost ?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS First Class Package: $4.99) The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

RETURN & ORDER

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns for unused conditions with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Depending on the item's return policy, we are happy to accept the item(s) you have ordered once they have been received. Products on Razzberriesboutique are available in very limited quantities for only a short period of time. As a marketplace, we have many suppliers and we are unable to substitute an item once the order is submitted.

I can only order one product at a time - is it coming in multiple shipments when I order more than one product?

Due to the limitation of the shipping service, we have to ship each package individually so each package has to pay for shipping separately. We'll send your orders within 3 business days and give you tracking numbers.

Where can I learn more about sizing and fit for a particular product?

There are two options; submit your query directly on the site through any of the feedback sections, or email your query to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

What if I make a mistake in my order?

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package. Please contact us at [email protected] for the return. Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to any nearest shipping company. Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

Refund times and procedures

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
